Contract Administration / Construction Services

Altus Page Kirkland’s Contract Administration services include the preparation of monthly Progress Claim Recommendations and Cost Reports. We conduct monthly site inspections to independently assess the actual value of work that has taken place each month, and all variations – potential, pending and actual – are independently assessed and recommended if valid. The status and cost of Progress Claims and Variations is reported in a monthly Financial Cost Report and a monthly cash flow is prepared and updated to monitor expenditure and the programme.

We attend project control group meetings, progress meetings and construction site meetings as deemed necessary, and also undertake and co-ordinate variation meetings and negotiations as required.

Our effective Cost Monitoring and Reporting ensures the project’s successful completion, with minimal disruption to progress from variations and changes in the project.
