  • Sinking Fund – It covers the allocation of funds for the future operation and maintenance of facilities. Our calculation is based on the Replacement and Refurbishment Plan of individual assets and building components.
  • Due Diligence – A review of services, which includes defining, planning and analysing long-term activities and business targets for assets. Our services comprise Facility Surveys, Condition Reports, Asset Management Plans and Replacement Strategies, which are designed to enable property owners and managers to strategically focus and plan. Altus Page Kirkland has the skills and technology to assist with Facilities Management requirements related to the renewal of assets, increasing asset standards, upgrading to comply with legislation or expanding your portfolio.
  • Dilapidation Report – As per Due Diligence requirements, Operational Risk Analysis is in line with operational needs.
  • Make Good Assessment – It can flow from dilapidation and involves establishing Cost Estimates in connection with Make Good requirements, including negotiations on behalf of either the Landlord or Tenant.
