Addressing Our Clients' Needs
Dubai Festival City stretches four kilometres along the Dubai Creek, near the Dubai CBD. The mixed use development incorporates residential, retail, commercial and leisure projects. Dubai Festival Centre is located in the heart of Dubai, providing a spectacular Marina and Boulevard with 2.4 million square feet of retail and hotels, including a 600 room luxury InterContinental Hotel. The project also includes a Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, automotive centre, retail park, schools and residential area. Dubai Festival City incorporates a host of infrastructure and services including a direct cooling complex that supplies chilled water to a series of zones, and comprehensive site services including electrical substations, sewerage, drainage and communications.
Dubai Festival City required the establishment of accurate assets registers that needed to be included within the Client’s financial reporting system, as well as an equipment register for the ongoing Asset and Facilities Management of each asset type. Accurate assets registers within the Client’s SAP system were established, which include construction expenditure and the Client’s directly procured assets.
